I was born in Kent in the 70's, schooled in South Wales and Gloucestershire, graduated in Social Psychology BSC Hons from Loughborough University, before starting a career in HR in the 1990's. 

I've had a career working in various HR leadership roles across Financial Services, FMCG  (most recently at Cadbury plc) and now within hotels and hospitality, at IHG plc. 

I have 3 children, aged late teens into early 20's. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, dog walking, gardening, as well as maintaining good health and nutrition.

I have been a Christian since the early 2000's, most recently within the Mill End Baptist Church community.  I became a trustee for WTCC in 2022.
